Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submitted article is written in Italian, English or French.
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • The author declares to know that Dynamis adopts the principle of open access. Public access to articles is free of charge, and allows readers to read, download, copy, distribute, print, share, search, or link to the full texts of its articles and to use them for any other lawful purpose available under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 4.0 license.
  • The author declares to know that Dynamis adopts a double-blind peer review process, and that submitting a manuscript to Dynamis does not guarantee that it will be published.
  • Dynamis requires authors to prepare an anonymized submission. To prepare an anonymized submission, authors are expected to remove author and institutional identities from the entire manuscript. Authors citing their own prior work should discuss it in the third person.
  • Abstract and five keywords are present.

Author Guidelines

Dynamis publishes papers in Italian, English and French.

Papers need to be submitted with an abstract and five keywords.

Dynamis requires authors to prepare an anonymized submission. To prepare an anonymized submission, authors are expected to remove author and institutional identities from the entire manuscript. Authors citing their own prior work should discuss it in the third person.

BE CAREFUL: during the submission procedure, in "upload submission" section, you must upload the file and THEN specify "article" as file label in the line below.

 

EDITORIAL NORMS

Format: .doc preferable

Font: Times (Mac) or Times New Roman (Windows)

Body: 12, single line spacing

Tabs: DON'T use tabs or page breaks

Images: indicate the position in the text, upload the image files separately (section "upload submission" - "add file", selecting "other" as file label)

Image format: .jepg or .png (DON'T use .gif)

Image resolution: 300 DPI or 2000x1500 pixels

Tables: indicate the position in the text, upload the table files separately (section "upload submission" - "add file", selecting "other" as file label)

Table format: .doc preferable

Quotes: high double quotation marks (“…”). DON'T use directional double quotation marks («…»). If the quotes are longer than 3 three lines long, they should be separated from the body of the text with a blank line before and after, and reduced to 11 body size.

Notes: use footnotes

Footnote font: Times New Roman – Body: 10

References: references must be included in footnotes

References style:

Book: N. Surname, Title, Publisher, City Year.

Article: N. Surname, Article title, in "Journal Name", vol., n., year, pp.

References style sample:

M. Stirner, L’unico e la sua proprietà, it. tr. by L. Amoroso, Adelphi, Milano 1979.

Contributions

In this section we publish the articles that go beyond the specific theme of the issue.

Interviste

In this section we publish short interviews with experts of education about the topics covered by the  issues. These contributions are exempt from review.
